Completion of Sale
Our website is a fully functional website with Customer Service integration for sales order processing and inventory management. Once an order is submitted to the distribution center the inventory is committed to that order. However, the sale is not considered complete and final until the order is fulfilled. It is our policy that no order receives final approval unless the item(s) are verified in stock and ready to be shipped.
Once the customer submits an order, the customer will receive an email notification verifying the order was submitted. The email will include a hyper-link allowing the customer to track the progress of an order; an order confirmation, and the item(s) purchased. A second email will be sent to the customer when the order is fulfilled. The second email will include a final invoice for the item(s) purchased.
Item Availability
Unfortunately there might be occurrences when the website shows items are in stock when the distribution center is out of stock for that item. We continue to strive towards 100% inventory accuracy within the website, but can not guarantee an item is in stock even though the sales order shows inventory is available and committed. It is our policy that customers have the option to either wait for the out-of-stock product, request another product of the same value, or request a refund.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, money orders, cashiers checks, and PayPal as methods of payment for your order. We do not accept personal checks. We cannot guarantee items will be available for purchase until the money order, or cashier’s check is received, deposited and cleared.
In order to protect the customer from the risk of credit card fraud, we will verify all billing information with the issuing bank, and confirm the shipping address. We require a telephone number and email address in order to contact you if there is a question or problem with your order.
The customer order will be fulfilled and billed only when an order processing agent or our automated system deems the credit card information accurate. The credit card information is accurate when the customer name and billing address match the credit card bank information.
There will be occurrences when the customer receives an order confirmation number, but the order can not be fulfilled and billed because the credit card billing address does not match the submitted billing address from the customer. A Customer Service agent will contact the customer by email to inquire about the issue. The sales order will be voided until the issues are resolved. We will not hold inventory for a specific order during this time. We will not guarantee the item(s) will be available once the customer resolves the issue. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct credit card information. If a credit card declines during order processing, the order will be cancelled. The customer will be contacted immediately by email regarding your cancelled order. The customer can reinstate the order at any time. However, we will not guarantee the item(s) will be in stock when your order is reinstated.
Privacy Policy
We have a very strict policy regarding sharing customer information with outside parties. Our policy is that we DO NOT share customer information. We will not barter, trade, or sell any information related to our customers to a third party company, or service.
In order to better provide the customer with products and services, we collect specific personal information needed to process the customer order efficiently. We will also utilize specific personal information for marketing purposes in order to maintain a pleasant customer experience between us and our customers. The customer has the option not to participate in any marketing promotions simply by contacting us by email, or phone.
We will collect and keep on file the customer's name; ship to address; bill to address; credit card information; and purchase history. We will never ask for other personal information via email or phone such as the customer's social security number, checking account number, or any other information not related to processing an online order.
Although we inventory many products marketed on this website, we also partner with manufacturers and distributors that will provide product fulfillment based on specific items ordered by the customer. As a policy, we will only provide information pertaining to shipping the product from the fulfillment partners' facility. This information includes the customer name and ship to address. We will not provide additional personal information, as it is not necessary for processing the customer order with our fulfillment partners.
All information regarding visits to our website is recorded including: IP address; pages visited; and the URL of any link used to access our website.
If we believe there is fraudulent occurrence regarding the attempted purchase of an item from our website, we will utilize and/or share personal information to facilitate the investigation of, prevention of, or any action taken regarding illegal activities.
